With over 40 years of baking experience Don Wojtila had dreams about one day opening his own bakery. In September of 1993, that dream became a reality. Father of three small children, both Don and wife Barb were there the morning of opening day with high hopes and a motivation to see their new venture succeed. Now, years later, the business continues to earn the reputation of “one of few greats remaining of its kind”. We are proud of the name we have made for ourselves and will continue to bring you the very best in bakery for you and your families to enjoy for years to come.
